We strive to give you high quality products. Should you not be satisfied with the product, we offer the option to refund, exchange or get store credit within 5 days of receiving your product if you qualify according to our terms and conditions.

-When requesting a refund please send us an email to frederika.finery@gmail.com stating what you want to return and your order number

- You can then send the package back on your own cost (we will provide an address)

- The items must be in their original state, unwashed , unworn and in it's original condition within 5 days of receiving your package. 

- We then request a 3 working day period from receiving the item back to us to inspect the product before the refund is processed.

- When requesting a return for either refund or store credit we charge a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from the order total.

- No returns or refunds on discounted or sale items

Size exchange

- When you want to exchange the product for another size please contact us via email at frederika.finery@gmail.com and include your order number and name

- You can send the product back at your own cost 

- Once we receive it back we will send you your correct size at our cost.
